Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs and undercaps that have been opened or worn cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
